This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, wet conditions, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment. You should NOT ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease including Claustrophobia. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

RULES

To provide an enjoyable and safe DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE experience for all patrons, the following Rules of the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE are in effect and apply to all patrons (without exception).  If at any time Darkside Haunted House Staff determines that a guest does not meet the Criteria outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to refuse entry or (if the guest is already in the attraction) to immediately remove the guest from the attraction without a refund. these actions are the sole discretion of the Darkside Haunted House Staff.

NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO RECORDING. NO FOOD OR DRINK INSIDE THE ATTRACTIONS.

NO SMOKING, VAPING OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Anyone caught smoking or with an open flame (lighter, etc.) in the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE’S ATTRACTIONS will not only be immediately ejected from the show, but will also receive a summons from the Town Fire Marshall. NO EXCEPTIONS!

DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING, INCLUDING ACTORS AND/OR PROPS!
The DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE has a Strict No Touching Policy for both the actors and the patrons. The Actors will not touch you. Anyone caught touching the actors, props or sets will risk denied entry or pre-mature removal from the attractions.

NO ALCOHOL, NO FIREARMS AND/OR WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED to be consumed or carried on the premise (or in parking lot) of the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE. Likewise, the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE reserves the right to deny entry to and/or pre-maturely eject, any individual(s) from a DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE attraction
who appear to be and/or display drunken behavior that would affect the safety and/or enjoyment of theirs and/or others’ DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE experience.

BE SCARED, BUT BE SAFE.  The DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE prides itself on providing an entertaining thrill and chill fest while maintaining a higher standard of patron and staff safety. Any individual(s) who get caught running, horsing around, fighting and/or behaving in an unsafe manner will risk denied entry or pre-mature removal from the attractions of the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE.

Darkside Productions Inc., the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE, and/or any of the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE’S sponsors/supporters are not responsible for any loss, stolen, and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premise of the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE. By purchasing your ticket, you are agreeing to these terms and acknowledge that your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused at any time without refund if you do not follow these rules. The holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk with attending this attraction. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In considering and acceptance of entrance into this attraction the ticket holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury, death, cost, or expense that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.

Please be aware that by purchasing your ticket, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in advertising, films and tapes for exploitation in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release DARKSIDE PRODUCTIONS INC., its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. DO NOT ENTER THIS AREA IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING.

The DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE has been rated as having one of the scariest and best haunted attractions on Long Island for several years running. However, for those few who either cannot make it into an attraction, leave early, or feel they have reason to ask for a refund after the fact. Sorry, NO REFUNDS and NO TRANSFERRING OF UNUSED TICKETS ALLOWED AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Excluding “Hollywood Based Characters” all references, resemblances and statements to person live and/or dead are strictly coincidentally and are solely in use for the overall effect of the attractions of the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE. Neither Darkside Productions Inc., the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE, and/or any of its affiliates are liable for any perceived offenses encountered within the attractions and/or premise of the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE.

Other than staff, no one is allowed to use flashlights, laser lights, and/or any other forms of illumination including cell phones
within the attractions of the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE.  NO CAMERAS OR VIDEO RECORDING. If you are caught you will be denied entry or pre-mature removal from the attractions of the DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE.
